The Magic of New Orleans ?

The Magic of New Orleans ?

I’m so missing New Orleans right now guys and gals!

This place is so truly special and…cheesy as it sounds.. magical.

I feel like putting on Princess & The Frog to take me right back! Sounds like a plan for tonight….?

Have you visited yet?

What’s so magical about New Orleans you’re wondering?

Well, you should be asking.. What’s NOT magical about New Orleans?

When you first arrive, the scent of the streets hit you, that smell of good food and just…? It’s almost musty but in a good way, I can’t exactly put it into words.

By day you go exploring the streets, finding amazing food and people along the way, hidden gems on the streets waiting for you to jump in and get lost in the crystals on offer, or the voo doo dolls that are a plenty, or maybe you fancy a beignet ??‍♀️ or perhaps just grab a seat and listen to the amazing live music at the square.

If you are visiting during the summer months, you’ll be greeted by warm summer evenings, you can take a stroll to St Louis Cathedral and experience the most amazing sunset or perhaps you fancy watching the steam boat charge for the bridge right there on Mississippi River.

This is just scratching at the surface, there are so many districts to explore from the infamous laid back French Quarter to the wild times of Bourbon Street. Get yourself a hand grenade and a hurricaine – They’re a must try!

I’m dreaming of you New Orleans, I left a little bit of my heart with you ?

Until next time…

  1. Love the pictures through the window of the tramway!! Is it alright if I share it on Twitter with credits and link to the article? 🙂
